My Epic Treks
The Coast to Coast
The coast to coast comes from Alfred Wainwright, a long distance walk some 190 miles – going from west to east, going through the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors. The coast to coast walk crosses three national parks, starting beside the Irish Sea at St Bee’s and ending at the North Sea in Robin Hood’s Bay.

The Pennine Way
The Pennine Way is a long distance walk over some 268 miles born on the 24th April, 1965. It was the first of the national trails to be created and is still, arguably, the toughest. Starting in Edale, it will take you from the Peak District, through the Yorkshire Dales, up into Northumberland, across the Cheviots setting you down in the Scottish Borders at Kirk Yetholm.
